Online Orders and Local Pickups

Thank you for shopping with DollHouseCo. These are our terms and conditions for when you're shopping with us, all orders must be placed with a valid shipping and billing address that matches your payment information. Accurate contact information must be added to stay informed about your order. Processing and Shipping is 7-10 business days. Once your order is confirmed allow 1-2 business days for a response. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES !

Please note that processing time does not included the day your order is placed nor does weekend days (Saturday-Sunday) Orders are processed the next business day. Ex: Orders placed on Monday processing time starts on Tuesday. To avoid processing time, offline payment are accepted via ApplePay/Zelle text (786)-819-2308 for more information.

All orders are shipped through USPS after your order is shipped and you receive your tracking number DOLLHOUSECO is no longer responsible for your package lost, stolen, incorrect delivery and or damaged packages etc. Express Shipping is 1-Business Day and Standard shipping is 3-5 Business Days. If the hair you order is on hand and ready to ship ill ship out same day. If you order hair that's not on hand that needs to be customized or shipped to the USA by my suppliers and you have Express Shipping or Standard Shipping your hair will be shipped out and received 

after customizing is complete and hair is ready to ship.

Due to Fraud Attempts all orders are required to have matching billing and shipping address to complete your order. If your order is flagged, you'll be required to send in a photo copy of your State ID, Drivers License or Passport with 24-48 hours failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled. A signature is required at the time of delivery, All orders are shipped via USPS.

For hair on hand Miami local pickups a payment is required via Zelle/ApplePay. Once a payment is received a pickup address and time will be sent to your best contact number.
